Cesar Parra was born in Chile and grew up in Toronto Ontario. At the age of 25 he accepted the Lord and God gave him a passion for evangelism. He planted a Spanish/English speaking Emmanuel Baptist Church in 2002 and pastored there for 5 years. Today he is studying at the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in the Mdiv program. He is currently working at the CNBC with the evangelism team and is one of the pastors at The Pathway Church in Calgary. He is married to Mary from Venezuela and has two children, David and Rebecca.
