To have your password reset, simply type in the email address that you used to register at e-quip. We will send you a new password at that address.

'NOTE: Because we encrypt your passwords, there is no way for us to retrieve them. The password you are sent will be a random combination of letters and numbers. Once you login with that password, you can change your password to something more memorable by editing your profile.
