This class will focus on the seven elements from the Transformational Church book by Stetzer and Rainer and the Transformational Class by David Francis. Life change needs to be taking place in our churches and classes and the elements of missionary mentality, vibrant leadership, relational intentionality, prayerful dependence, worship, community and missions will be discussed. Discussion will also center on changing the scorecard.

David Francis is the director of Sunday School in LifeWay's Church Resources Division. Prior to LifeWay, Francis served as the associate pastor and minister of education for First Baptist Church, Garland, TX - a position he held for 13 years. He and his wife Vickie teach pre-K Sunday school at Long Hollow Baptist Church, Hendersonville, TN.
