I recommend Scott McConnell's book "Multi-site Churches". He surveys about 40 multisite churches and the differing strategies they are employing. He shows that there is very little continuity on "the way to do multisite". Most multisite venues are video venues, and most information out there is geared toward this. We are planning a site with live teaching by a campus pastor and I have had some trouble finding information geared toward this specifically.
